Grandpa… Words cannot begin to express the pain our whole family and I are feeling from your loss. You were everything a Grandpa should be, and so much more than that. I will miss our afternoon chats over a cup of tea and you waiting on me hand and foot whenever I needed a lift, as you were my “delta taxi.” One last hug, one last conversation about Grandpa's great adventures, or one last lift home from school is something I will be forever longing for. For now, I like to think you’ve taken yourself off in a little mini and are experiencing so much more (if that is even possible), and one day I can’t wait to hear even more of Grandpa's great adventures.
